- 3 squares chocolate unsweetened unsweetened
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts chopped
- 13 cup raspberry jam
Directions

1Melt chocolate and cooking oil over warm water; cool slightly.

2Blend together eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt; stir in chocolate mixture, then flour.

3Fold in walnuts.

4Turn into well greased 8-inch square pan.

5Bake at 325F (160C)F for about 40 minutes.

6Spoon jam over hot brownies; spread carefully.

7Let cool.
