- 9 whole egg whites
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. sugar
- 60 whole Ritz crackers (2 sleeves)
- 2 c. chopped walnuts
Directions

1Beat egg whites and baking powder until stiff.

2Crush crackers and fold into egg whites.

3Fold in walnuts.

4Pour into a greased cookie sheet.

5Bake 25 minutes at 350°.

6Will be a light golden brown and firm.

7Cool and cut.

8(Better when made the day before.) Serve with whipped cream on top or Cool Whip.
