  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 lb. tenderloin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 can Cajun tomatoes
  • 4 large potatoes, cut thin

Directions

    Spray pan with Pam.

    Slice onion thin; fry in pan.

    Dice tenderloin and brown.

    Add 1/2 cup of water and Kitchen Bouquet. Add tomatoes.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Add potatoes.

    Simmer until potatoes are done.
