- 1/2 cake yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. warm milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in milk.

2Add 1 Tbsp. sugar and beaten eggs. Sift dry ingredients together, mix in butter, add liquid mixture - knead a little.

3Let stand overnight in refrigerator.

4Roll into large circle.

5Brush with melted butter.

6Cut into wedge-shaped pieces.

7Roll each piece starting with wide end.

8Let rise 4-5 hours.

9Bake at 350° until nicely browned.
