  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tart apples, cut into chunks
  • 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 7 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 tsp. sunflower seeds (optional)

Directions
