- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. sugar

1Fry bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.

2Mix egg, vinegar and sugar.

3In a saucepan, heat mixture, stirring constantly to keep egg smooth.

4Heat until mixture boils and slightly thickens. Add crumbled bacon or Bac*Os.
