- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry or light cherry pie filling
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Blend milk, eggs, biscuit mix, sugar, extract and margarine in blender 15 seconds, or beat on high speed of mixer 1 minute.

3Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan or 11 x 7-inch baking pan.

4Spoon cherry filling over the top.

5Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.

6Makes 8 servings.
