Warm Rice Salad

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 3 or 4 green onions
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Put olive oil in deep nonstick pan.

    Add cooked rice and egg. Cook until egg is done and rice is hot.

    Add soy sauce.

    Dice up tomato, onions and cucumber.
  5. 5
    Add the hot rice to them.

    You can add more soy sauce to it if you like.

    Serve warm.
