  • 1 None egg white
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 1 tbsp wasabi paste
  • 3 tsp wasabi
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 g almonds with skin

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Whip egg white until stiff. Fold in cornstarch, Wasabi paste, fresh Wasabi and salt. Add almonds and toss to coat. Spread out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 20 mins.
