- 1- 1/2 pound Potaotes (russet, Yukon Gold Or Red)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 5 Tablespoons Milk
- 13 Tablespoons Wasabi Paste (or More If You Wish)
- 1 stalk Green Onion, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
Directions

1Place the potatoes in a pot and cover with cool water to cover by 1 inch.

2Bring the pot to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through.

3To check, pierce a potato with a paring knife.

4If the knife slides easily in and out, the potatoes are done.

5Drain and return the potatoes to the pot.

6Smash the potatoes with a fork or potato masher.

7Add the butter, milk and wasabi paste.

8Mix to incorporate but dont over mix ,otherwise theyll be pasty and pasty mashed potatoes suck.
