  • 4 cups carrots grated
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese grated
  • 4 cups chopped celery
  • 4 cups shrimp fresh, tiny
  • 1 cup green onion chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 ounce potatoes
  • 1/2 ounce potatoes
  • 3 ounces lettuce leaves
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Directions

    Toss together carrots, cheese, celery, shrimp green onions, and mayonnaise and refridgerate overnight.
