  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • pastry for double crust pie (9-inch)
