- soy sauce
- sugar
- bacon, sliced in thirds
Directions

1Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce overnight.

2Drain and roll water chestnuts in sugar; wrap small strip of bacon around water chestnut and secure with toothpick.

3Bake in oven at 350° for 25 minutes or microwave on High for about 10 minutes.

4Serve warm.
