- 1 box Deluxe II Duncan Hines cake mix (white or yellow)
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. club soda
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 3 eggs
- 1 pkg. pistachio pudding (Royal or Jell-O brand)
Directions

1Mix the cake mix and pistachio pudding together.

2Push to side of the bowl, then add the other ingredients.

3Beat for 3 minutes. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

4After the cake has cooled, cover with icing.

5Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
