  • 1 pkg. jello pistachio instant pudding
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. club soda or Sprite
  • 1 c. oil

Directions

    Blend all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Then beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Bake in greased and floured layer pans, sheet cake pan or Bundt pan until done.

    Cool 15 minutes on rack. Turn out and cool thoroughly.

    Frost.
