  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 Pkg pistachio pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almost extract
  • Powdered sugar for topping

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Mix together all ingredients in a mixing bowl at medium speed until blended

    Bake in a 9 x 13 pan (does not need to be greased) for 45mins-1hour as needed

    Frost by sifting powdered sugar on top
