  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 2 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1/2 c. walnuts
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 12 oz. cool whip
  • 1 1/4 c. cold milk

Directions

    Mix cake mix with 1 package of pudding, oil, walnuts, eggs and club soda. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes in a 9 X 13 pan. After cake cools, dissolve remaining pudding mix in cold milk. Add cool whip and beat until thick. Spread on cooled cake and refrigerate to let frosting set. Serve chilled.
