  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding

    Mix ingredients all together and beat well.

    Bake in a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan and then put icing on.
