  • 1 c. Crisco oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. club soda

    Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed with mixer.

    Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.

    Turn out onto a wire cooling rack.

    Frost with Pistachio Frosting.
