  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. jello pistachio instant pudding and pie filling
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. Seven-Up or club soda
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Combine all ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
