  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple (do not drain)
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

    Fold dry pudding mix into Cool Whip; add pineapple, marshmallows and walnuts.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Place in mold and refrigerate (or freeze).
