  • 24 WAVERLY Crackers
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1/3 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Place crackers in single layer in aluminum foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

    Bring margarine and brown sugar to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat.

    Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 2 min.

    Remove from heat.

    Immediately pour over crackers; spread to evenly cover crackers.

    Sprinkle with pecans and coconut.

    Gently press pecans and coconut into sugar mixture with back of spoon.

    Bake 8 to 10 min.

    or until coconut is lightly browned.

    Cool.

    Separate crackers; drizzle with melted chocolate.

    Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
