  • 4 to 6 red snapper fillets
  • 2 to 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 bunch chopped dill, basil or cilantro
  • 4 tsp. butter, sliced into thin pats
  • 1/4 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine

Directions

    In a microwave-safe baking dish with a lid, lay snapper flat and cover with all the ingredients; place pats of butter on each fillet.

    Cover and microwave 2 to 8 minutes, according to power of microwave.
