- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- black pepper
- garlic salt
Directions

1Soak charcoal for 15 minutes before lighting.

2Separate coals into 2 sections, 8-inches apart (circular cooking).

3Light coals and let them get hot.

4Cover roast with Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, black pepper and garlic salt.

5Cover with foil and let cook for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
