- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 tsp. flavoring (i.e. butter or mint)
- food color
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
Directions

1Blend cream cheese and flavoring.

2Mix in sugar to consistency of pie dough.

3Divide into pieces for as many colors needed.

4Add color (use toothpick or dropper).

5Knead dough and make small balls.

6Dip balls into sugar and press into molds.

7Air dry on wax paper several hours.

8Makes approximately 165 mints.
