- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. green noodles
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 cans shrimp
- 2 cans crab
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 box fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dry white wine
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp. oregano
Directions

1Cook noodles according to instructions on package.

2Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until transparent.

3Add curry, soup, sour cream, wine, fish, Worcestershire and parsley.

4Season with salt and pepper.

5Fold sauce and noodles together and pour into a buttered casserole.

6Top with cheese, oregano and paprika and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
