  • 2 egg yolks, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • paprika to taste
  • 1 level tsp. dry mustard

    Put beer in pan and boil.

    Add cheese, butter and seasonings. Add eggs and cook a few minutes, until cheese is melted.

    If thick, add more beer.

    Serve over toast.
