- 4 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/2 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- freshly grated nutmeg
Directions

1Whip heavy cream together with confectioner's sugar until soft peaks form.

2Flavor with 1 TBSP Grand Marnier.

3Set aside in refidgerator.

4Heat apple cidar and brown sugar together in a large sauce pan to a boil.

5Stir until sugar dissolves.

6Remove from heat.

7Add rum, brandy and remaining Grand Marnier.

8Stir in spices.

9Add lemon and orange slices.

10Heat over medium heat for 2 minutes.

11Do not boil.

12Pour into champagne glasses.

13Top each glass with whip ceam and freshly grated nutmeg.
