- 1/4 c. raisins
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 slices bread, cut in half, buttered on one side
- 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions

1Sprinkle half the raisins in 9 x 13 inch pan.

2Add in 1 Tbsp.

3brown sugar.

4Place the triangle slices of bread to overlap each other.

5Mix lowfat milk and egg.

6Pour over bread.

7Sprinkle with remaining raisins, 1 Tbsp.

8brown sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon.

9(You can pour a small amount of cream or possibly half and half over the mix if desired the richer taste.)

10Bake at 350 degrees 30 to 35 min till browned.

11Serve hot.
