- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 34 cup milk
- 34 cup beer (non alcohalic)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- paprika
- 8 slices bread
Directions

1Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat.

2Stir in flour, salt, mustard and worcestershire.

3Cook over low heat stiring constantly til smooth and bubbly.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in milk and beer using a wisk, continue to stir, heat to boil for about 1 minute.

6Reduce heat to low.

7Stir in cheese til melted.

8Serve over toast, sprinkle with small amount paprika.
