- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 4 (1 1/2 lb) center-cut pork loin chops
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Karo light corn syrup or 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
Directions

1In medium skillet melt margarine over medium heat.

2Add pork chops; cook until brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove chops from skillet.

3Add peppers and onion; cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir tomato sauce, corn syrup and chili powder into skillet; add chops.

4Simmer, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender. If desired, serve over cooked noodles or rice.
