- olive oil
- seasoning to taste (suggest Mrs. Dash lemon pepper)
Directions

1According to your preference, you may or may not peel the potatoes. Cut into 1-inch pieces.

3Pour one tablespoon olive oil over potato chunks.

4Stir.

5Sprinkle seasoning over potatoes.

6Stir.

7Place on cookie sheet in single layer.

8Place in 375° oven.

9Cook 20 minutes.

10Turn chunks.

11Cook 20 minutes longer if crisp texture is desired.

12Serve similar as French fries, low sodium, low fat.
