- 10 to 12 flour tortillas
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large onion
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry hamburger and onions; drain.

2Add taco seasoning and water; simmer 10 minutes.

3Add enchilada sauce and soup; simmer 10 minutes more.

4In 9 x 13-inch pan, spoon mixture into tortillas. Roll and insert toothpick to hold in place.

5Reserve some mixture for top of rolled tortillas.

6Top with cheese.

7Place in warm oven or microwave until cheese melts and warmed through.

8Serves 6. May top with sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc.
