Ingredients
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 c. water (105~ to 115~)
- 1/3 c. nonfat dry milk solids
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 4 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 2 to 3 c. bread, whole wheat flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 egg white (for brushing)
Directions

1In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Let stand 15 minutes until yeast foams.

3Add sugar and dry milk.

4Stir in salt, oil, 2 cups whole wheat flour and sunflower seeds.

5Beat until smooth.

6Stir in the remaining flour.

7Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

8Take out dough and knead for 5 to 10 minutes.

9Let rise for 1 hour.

10Put into pans and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until loaves test done.
