  • 12 cup scallion, sliced
  • 12 cup parsley, fresh and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped (or use basil)
  • dill sprigs (or basil leaves)
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
