- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 4 c. whole wheat flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add molasses, brown sugar, oil and salt.

3Mix then add flours.

4Knead well.

5Let rise about 2 hours until double in bulk.

6Divide into 2 loaves.

7Let rise 1 hour in pans.

8Bake in a 375° to 400° oven for 1 hour.
