- 4-5 c. flour
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. butter
Directions

1Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, wheat germ, yeast, sugar and salt.

2Stir in soft butter.

3Heat lowfat milk and water.

4Add in to dry ingredients.

5Beat 2 min, add in flour to make stiff dough.

6Let rise 20 min, divide dough into 3 or possibly 4 parts and roll out like a jelly roll.

7Roll up to create loaf.

8Place in greased loaf pans.

9Cover and chill 2 to 24 hrs.

10Bake 30 to 35 min at 375 degrees.

11Could also be baked on sheet pan.
