  • 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt butter and add other ingredients and mix well.

    Press into pie pan and bake for 8 minutes at 350°.

    Cool and fill. Perfect for lemon icebox pie.
