  • 1 1/2 c. wheat, soaked overnight, cooked 1 1/4 hours with salt, then cooled
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    In mixing bowl, put cream cheese.

    Sprinkle pudding over it and mix.

    Add lemon juice and pineapple and mix.

    Fold in wheat, nuts and Cool Whip.

    Refrigerate.
