- 4 c. cooked wheat
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
- 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding or pistachio
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions

1Soak 1 1/2 cups wheat overnight and cook 2 hours.

2Soften cream cheese.

3Sprinkle pudding over cheese.

4Stir in lemon juice, pineapple, wheat and nuts.

5Fold in Cool Whip.
