Ingredients
- 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 13 cup safflower oil
- 1 12 cups hot water
Directions

1Heat up water until boiling.

2In a large bowl, stir flour, salt and powder.

3Stir in safflower, until it is like coarse meal.

4Stir in 1 1/4 cups of boiling water.

5Use a spoon, mixture will be very hot.

6Then knead with hands until smooth.

7Don't over knead.

8Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 15 minutes.

9Divide dough into 10 balls.

10Cover with plastic wrap again for 15 minutes.

11Heat a well seasoned cast iron skillet until hot.

12Roll out each ball into about a 9 to 10 inch circle.

13Cook wraps for about 30 seconds each side, until just before brown spots appear.

14Cool slightly.

15Or cool completely and store in zip lock type bags in fridge.
