- 4 large peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 medium onion
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. can tomato sauce
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2Drain.

3Mix all ingredients reserving half of tomato sauce and stuff in peppers that have been cut in half and seeds remove.

4Using reserved tomato sauce, pour on top of peppers.

5Bake at 300° until peppers are tender-crisp or microwave for 10 or 12 minutes.
