- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 1/2 pt. cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- almond slivers
Directions

1Whip egg whites very stiff.

2Add 1/2 cup sugar and instant coffee.

3Whip the cream and add 2 tablespoons sugar, dash of salt and vanilla.

4Fold whipped cream into egg whites.

5Add browned almond slivers.

6Spoon into paper lined muffin cups.

7Freeze. Take out of freezer shortly before serving

8to slightly thaw. Serves 10.

9Can be made well in advance.

10Will keep in the freezer for up to two weeks.
