  • 12 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teeny tiny pinch salt

Directions

    Continue mixing while adding sugar in a slow stream, then vanilla and a pinch of salt.

    For pie or shortcake topping use regular sugar, but for cake topping use powdered sugar.
