- 3 egg whites
- 2 c. cake flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
Directions

1Whip cream until peaks form.

2Carefully fold whipped cream into stiffly beaten egg whites.

3Gradually fold in cold water and vanilla.

4Sift flour, measure and sift with sugar, baking powder and salt.

5Carefully fold into cream mixture.

6Pour into pan that has been lightly greased and floured.

7Bake in moderate oven at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes.

8This is a delicious white cake.
