  • 4 large potatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

Directions

    Cook potatoes in boiling water with 1/2 teaspoon salt until tender, about 20 minutes.

    Beat potatoes with 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, milk and butter until fluffy.
