- 1 small pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. whiskey
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. chopped cherries
Directions

1Combine all but nuts and cherries to smooth batter.

2Fold in nuts and cherries.

3Bake in a Bundt pan at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

4Cool in pan 15 minutes.

5Turn onto cake plate.

6Glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
