  • 1 (18.5 oz.) pkg. pineapple cake mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 1 small pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. whiskey
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. chopped cherries

Directions

    Combine all but nuts and cherries to smooth batter.

    Fold in nuts and cherries.

    Bake in a Bundt pan at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes.

    Turn onto cake plate.

    Glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
