- 3 to 4 lb. beef short ribs
- 1/4 c. prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
Directions

1Arrange short ribs in shallow baking pan.

2Cover with foil. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.

3Stir together mustard, tomato juice and molasses.

4Brush over baked short ribs.

5Grill over hot coals for 20 to 30 minutes until tender, turning frequently and brushing with mustard mixture.

6Makes four to six servings.
