- whiskey
- confectioners sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Cream 1/2 cup butter.

2Add 1 cup confectioners sugar.

3Cream together and then blend in beaten egg.

4Pour into double boiler or use saucepan and heat slowly.

5Beat well with a wire whisk.

6When heated, but not boiling, remove from heat and add 2 tablespoons of good whiskey.

7Serve over steamed pudding, warm apple pudding or baked apple.
