  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
  • 2/3 c. hot water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. salad oil
  • 1 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 (7 oz.) can flaked coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.

    Beat the eggs and oil together in large bowl.

    Add cake mix and mix well.

    Add dissolved gelatin; mix.

    Put batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 350° about 30 to 35 minutes.

    Remove from oven and sprinkle coconut and pecans over cake.
